Welcome to Aldabag Leather Craft. These Terms and Conditions apply to your use of aldabag.net and to every order placed through it. Please read them carefully. By browsing the website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Definitions

  • Company, “we”, “us”: Shaker Hamdan Leather Industries Establishment, trading as Aldabag Leather Craft, Amman, Jordan.
  • Website: aldabag.net and any other website, digital platform or application owned or operated by the Company.
  • Customer, User, “you”: any person who visits the Website, uses its services or places an order.
  • Products: handmade genuine leather goods offered on the Website, including wallets, card holders, badge holders, passport wallets, bags, belts and accessories, as well as personalized and custom-made pieces produced to the Customer’s specifications.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By using the Website, you confirm that you:

  • Have read and understood these Terms and Conditions.
  • Agree to comply with all provisions stated here.
  • Agree to the other policies published on the Website, including our Privacy Policy and Refund and Returns Policy.

3. Use of the Website

You agree to:

  • Use the Website only for lawful purposes.
  • Not misuse, hack or attempt to disrupt the Website or its security.
  • Not publish or transmit any content that violates the law, public morals or the rights of others.
  • Not use the Website in a way that affects its performance or other users’ experience.

4. Accounts and Registration

If you create an account on the Website:

  • You must provide accurate and up-to-date information.
  • You are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for all activity under your account.
  • We may suspend or close any account in case of violation of these Terms or misuse of the Website.

5. Our Products

  • Every Aldabag piece is cut, stitched and finished by hand from natural cow leather. Small variations in grain, texture, tone and stitching are natural features of genuine leather and handwork. They are not defects, and no two pieces are exactly alike.
  • We photograph our products as accurately as possible, but colors may look slightly different depending on your screen and lighting.
  • Natural leather softens and develops a patina with use. This is expected and is part of the character of the product.
  • Dimensions listed on product pages are approximate and may vary slightly between handmade pieces.
  • We may modify or discontinue any product at any time without prior notice.

6. Personalized and Custom Orders

  • You can personalize pieces with a name or initials, choose leather and thread colors, or request a custom design.
  • Please review the spelling, colors and design details carefully before confirming. We produce personalized items exactly as confirmed and are not responsible for errors in the information you provide.
  • We will confirm production time, price and any design details with you before starting a custom or personalized order.
  • Personalized and custom-made items cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or defective, as described in our Refund and Returns Policy.

7. Corporate and Bulk Orders

  • Orders for companies, institutions and events are quoted individually, based on the products, quantities, personalization and delivery date required.
  • A corporate order is confirmed once both parties have agreed on the quotation in writing (including by email or WhatsApp). Specific terms agreed in a quotation take precedence over these general Terms for that order.

8. Prices and Payment

  • All prices are shown in Jordanian Dinars (JOD) and may change at any time. The price that applies is the one shown when you place your order.
  • We currently accept CliQ transfer and cash on delivery.
  • For CliQ transfers, please include your order number in the transfer note. Your order is processed once the transfer is confirmed.
  • If a product is listed with an incorrect price because of an obvious error, we may cancel the order and will contact you before doing so. Any amount you paid will be refunded in full.

9. Orders and Order Confirmation

  • After you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation by email. We may contact you by phone or WhatsApp to confirm your order and delivery details.
  • We may refuse or cancel an order if a product is unavailable, if the information provided is incomplete or incorrect, or if we suspect misuse. If you have already paid, you will receive a full refund.

10. Shipping and Delivery

  • We currently deliver within Jordan only.
  • Delivery is free on all orders within Jordan and usually takes 3–5 working days for in-stock items. Personalized, custom and corporate orders may need additional production time, which we will confirm with you.
  • Delivery times are estimates. Delays caused by delivery companies, holidays, weather or other circumstances beyond our control may occur.
  • Please make sure your address and phone number are correct. If delivery fails because of incorrect details or because the recipient is unavailable, redelivery may be subject to an additional fee.

11. Returns, Exchanges and Cancellations

Returns, exchanges, cancellations and refunds are governed by our Refund and Returns Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

12. Intellectual Property

  • All content on the Website, including texts, photographs, product designs, logos, videos and software, is the property of the Company or its licensors.
  • No content may be copied, republished, distributed or modified without our prior written permission.
  • When you send us a logo, artwork or design for a custom order, you confirm that you have the right to use it, and you allow us to use it only to produce your order.

13. External Links

The Website may contain links to external websites, such as social media platforms and WhatsApp. We are not responsible for the content, privacy policies or practices of those websites.

14. Limitation of Liability

  • The Website is provided “as is”. We do our best to keep it accurate and available, but we do not guarantee that it will always be error-free or uninterrupted.
  • To the extent permitted by law, the Company is not liable for any indirect damages resulting from the use of, or inability to use, the Website. Our liability for any order is limited to the value of that order.
  • Nothing in these Terms limits your rights as a consumer under the laws of Jordan.

15. Privacy

Your personal data is handled in line with our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms.

16. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be published on this page with a new “Last updated” date. Orders are governed by the Terms in force when the order was placed. Continued use of the Website after changes are published means you accept the updated Terms.

17. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan. The competent courts of Amman, Jordan, have jurisdiction over any dispute.
